    Communication Challenges:

    • Teams must effectively delegate roles and share ideas to succeed.

    • Participants will present their final robotic creations, showcasing both functionality and design.

    Outcome:

    • Some additional communication challenges will be added and tailored to the specific profiles of the employees

    • Develops skills in teamwork, creativity, and communication under pressure.

    • Encourages innovative thinking and boosts team morale through a fun, hands-on experience.

  • Public Speaking Challenge: Confidence and Connection in Communication

    • Description: In the Public Speaking Challenge, participants will develop essential communication skills in an engaging, supportive environment. Teams are given a topic and tasked with preparing a short, impactful presentation, complete with visuals and a team spokesperson. Through rounds of coaching and feedback, participants learn techniques to convey ideas confidently, listen actively, and support each other in a shared goal. This exercise is both empowering and interactive, helping participants break through their public speaking fears while strengthening their trust and synergy as a team.
